This is irrational, but.
It makes me really fucking sad when I see 83745345 posts flailing over John singing with Aimee Mann just because it's John singing. Like... I know I know, most people will not be fans of both her and John/The Office and I don't expect you to be. I don't expect that you would give a shit about her and I'm not trying to say you should.
But I fucking love her. And it's awesome to me because it's John Krasinski singing WITH AIMEE FUCKING MANN. And of the zillions of posts I have seen about this video today, not a single one has acknowledged the fact that she is fucking awesome and it just makes me really sad that she's so overlooked. It's like it's John and some random chick. And it's totally lame of me and it's stupid, but... that makes me sad. Like, if people don't know her, they're not even curious? SADFACE. I worship the ground she walks on, dude. She's a fucking genius. I just wish she'd gotten more love for this.
