It's only Tuesday and I have a strong, implacable urge to get drunk. I have never before been drunk even the slightest bit and I have a feeling it would be a bad way to deal with issues. So I won't do it. However, the temptation remains.
Meanwhile, ribbon. Let's talk about ribbon. I love looking at all the different kinds of silky, sheer, glittery, two-toned, beautiful ribbon. Some ribbons are just too gorgeous to be believed and some are just cute, and I spend too much time in the ribbon aisle wanting everything. I spend too much time at craft stores wanting everything. It is a Thing That I Do.
Another thing: spent fifteen minutes beneath the ornamental cherry tree, tipping my face up into the petals drifting down, throwing handfuls in the air, enjoying the natural confetti. I will miss the bowers of ornamental flowering trees when spring has had its say, no matter how much summer is truly my season.
