DEATHLY HALLOWS PT 2 REACTION POST
I got back from seeing the very last Harry Potter movie a few hours ago! It's all so surreal. I don't think it's really sunk in yet. Yeah I thought so too.
McGonagall was just amazing in the movie. I loved her so much. Maggie portrayes her perfectly.
Neville was such a BAMF. He really shined in the movie.
I loved the kiss so much <3333
one of my favorites being after the battle was all over and Ron & Hermione walking in holding hands, Harry just gives them a big knowing grin, and Ron & Hermione look embarrassed.
LOL I loved that part too. Harry's look it was like "took you guys long enough"!
While the audience I was in reacted to the Ron/Hermione kiss, nobody reacted at all to the Harry/Ginny kiss.
Same with mine. It's kind of intersting that usally the main character is the one with the most popular couple yet here it's not. (I hope that made sense lol)
Omg that hug! haha. I also loved when one of the deatheaters said hi and he killed him!
I would like to express my utter appreciation for Alan Rickman's amazing acting chops.

My only disappointment was not seeing Fred's death

this scene that we got where Ron finds Fred's dead body and bursts into tears. Rupert was amazing in that part and his reaction, coupled with the FACT that Fred is dead, made me bawl.
Oh I know Rupert was amazing there and I cried even harder when I saw that.
When Luna sat down next to Neville after the battle was over & they shared a little look, my immediate thought was "they shoulda ended up together."
I always thought they would be good together so I loved that!
. It was exactly how it was supposed to be: solemn, sort of peaceful, yet heartbreaking at the same time. And you know I cried. One of Dan's best scenes, and I love how everyone had something to say.
That scene was perfect.
Helena was perfect.
You know my kids are gonna be reading this shit!
Hell yes! I'll have their nursery be HP themed and as soon as they can are old enough we'll start reading it XD

lol It did. And I totally get it. Usually the couple the main character is in gets the most attention, yet it's usually Ron/Hermione that gets the most attention and the most fans. Pairing Harry with Ginny was one of the only things I didn't appreciate JKR doing. imo, it was only cause Ginny had red hair like Lily. :/ I've seen people think that was the reason as well.
I am STILL laughing/cringing at that hug. Voldy was just a huge troll. I can't get over it.

Oh my God, yes! I can't wait to see how HP stands the test of time. I think that this franchise will ALWAYS be relevant and people will still be getting into it in the future. (just no reboots please)
