hahahah i agree with _eunoia that it's targetted at idiots, and I'll add that it's either aimed at, or creates very angsty teens who think that nobody else has suffered like them because the guy or girl that they kissed when they were drunk doesn't want to talk to them.. it's a very chicken or the egg thing
