IGN.com has a hands-on impression on Final Fantasy Tactics A2. It includes pictures and videos. I should point something out that I think is a mistake:
Judges return to set the rules of engagement and referee battles, and they're pretty tough about what you can and can't do. Abiding by their rules (known as "rows") will earn you bonus items, while breaking them will cause you to be penalized or thrown in jail.
Other Hands-On impression I read on this game (from people who've imported the game) have said that there is no more jail. You just don't receive the bonus item.
