Sorry for the lack of updates. A couple of things I missed and forgot to update about.
Gamefront.de reports Final Fantasy Tactics A2 made it to the #1 spot on the Japanese Software Chart between the dates of October 22 - October 28.
1Up.com has an
interview up with composer Hitoshi Sakimoto. He breifly mentions Yasumi Matsuno:
1UP: Over the years, you and Matsuno have collaborated on a lot of projects and seem pretty close. Do you still talk with him a lot, and do you think you might collaborate on something again in the future?
HS: Yeah, we're still friends, and I'm currently working on some stuff with him.
When anything comes up on what they're working on I'll be sure to mention it here.
There was a contest held for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates. In the game you are able to paint your Moogle and design them to your liking using the touch screen. People sent in their designs and I'm not completely sure (since I used translation programs to read this) but I believe the winning designs will get to have their Moogle appear in
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers for the Wii (if somebody can confirm this for me since I'm not sure
here is the post update about it on FFCC blog.) So what does this have to do with Ivalice?
As you can see here one of the winning design was inspired by Fran. So if I'm correct about what I said up there, you'll see this Moogle dressed up like Fran in The Crystal Bearers.
EDIT: Turns out the first two Moogles in the contest were the winners and this one was just a runner up. Thanks to
darcenciel for the info.
