I'm trying to deal with my hateful co-worker, but when nearly everything she says to me is an insult, it's very hard. I try to be nice to her, but she won't be nice to me.  Today, I asked a co-worker for clarification on something she wrote. I hate abbreviations, and these were the abbreviations for something that didn't fit the context very well.
