HOME MORN WT=173.6 -not bad, a little up from yesterday, but fluctuations are normal, and to be expected. However, I expect tomorrow to be up and not because of fluctuations, just because I overate today :(
I just called Progresso and here is the info I got:
If it is labeled vegetarian, they are very strict with that label, and there would be no animal source or bi-product in the natural flavoring.
These soups are vegetarian (might contain egg, honey, something like that. 99% For instance, noodles=egg noodles, creamy=milk)

Indian Summer Rice Snacks - cup? no idea on calories, bought in portioned lots, but think I saw containers of same at Walmart, so I can find out how much these are, instead of assuming they probably aren't that much! Doh!
DINNER: Morn.Star Corn Dog, Bushes Veg. Baked Beans, Easy Mac Veggie Pasta Spirals
SNACK: Nature's Path Organic Optimum Zen Cereal + 1/2C VV soymilk
as all kinds of healthy stuff in the ingredients, I was impressed, but all that didn't mean as much when the cranberries in it nearly broke my tooth from being too hard. Picked the rest out. I shouldn't have eaten this anyway, this was overeating :(
SNACK: Instant Cof, Quaker 90cal Buttered Popcorn (rice cakes)
LATE SNACK: 3oz Mulberries
1/2 C Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk - this stuff reminds me of the egg nog we used to make when I was little, must be the vanilla :)
Spring Valley Calcium Chew
When you start a pattern of overeating, for whatever reason, it is a real mess to come out of. You get used to eating that much, and it's very difficult to quit it. I have some stupid mindset that if I'd just have a little more peaceful life, I'd be thin and never overeat. That's incredibly stupid... life isn't like that. If it takes peace and no problems to not overeat, we won't have much of a chance of achieving it. I'm still struggling to overcome this overeating that I've been up to. Anyone whose ever lost weight, knows the battle.
I'm thinking I can pinpoint exactly when this day went off. After lunch I took my 2 dogs for a walk, like usual. But, the first thing that happened, is I couldn't go the normal route, because I saw an old lady out there, that is a gossip monge and wished to avoid her, so decided to go backward on our usual route. Immediately, we passed a house whose dog was out and chased us 3 houses and I had to keep pulling mine and saying NO to keep them moving and from wanting to run towards it. Then when we finally got away from it, my older male dog decided he didn't want to walk anymore as in his head, the part of the route we were on was the 'end' part(!), so I turned around and brought him home. I then set out with the young girl dog, but she just kept looking back wondering where he was! So, I brought her in, and realized my back was hurting from pulling and trying to get them by that other dog with no incidences, and by then I was totally frustrated and the gremlins were at work on nudging me to eat, before I even realized it was happening.
Here's hoping for a reasonable day tomorrow, I overate today and short changed myself of a healthier day :(
