BREAKFAST:
1  oz Cheerios Plus + 4  oz banana
1/2C hemp milk + 1/2 C almnd dream milk
Cof / T sorghum 
13 sq of Ritter Sport Dk Choc & Hzlnt Bar  - this will cut into my snacks today alot!

LUNCH:
Flatout Sundried tomato light 
1oz chickn seitain sauteed in tsp olive oil + T sesame seeds
with onions & peppers, + spices
sm can V-8 jc

DINNER:
2  cup lettuce + radish, carrots,tomatoes, onions
1  oz Galaxy Cheddar Shreds + 1/8 C salad nuts
tsp olive oil, FF ital dressing + lime jc

Snacks
5  oz strawberries 
2  cup watermelon 
1/2 cup Silk Very Vanilla Soymilk + Murray SF ShortBread Bites pouch

EXERCISE:  40 min walking at store shopping (4 laps before shopping :)
