Saturday - Went out shopping in Saskatoon. Both The Bay and Sears were having handbag sales, which was nice of them. I got a lovely red shoulder bag and a very cute black handbag with pink accents.

Sunday - As previously mentioned, bought a Palm. Electronic books will mean I won't always have to have room for a book or two in my bag and, obviously ( Read more... )

In case you're not checking your e-mail - my laptop still has your Palm CD. Mr TD says if you need it in a hurry he can create something downloadable and my tech guy can talk to your tech guy :o)

Yeah, the Canadian food people are telling everyone not to eat fresh spinach - not something you'd ever expect to get on the news! Apparently we can blame the Californians, but no-one's quite sure why...

From what I read in Fast Food Nation this kind of thing should happen all of the time in the US as the food handling standards are written by the food industry. Can't remember any specifics, though.
