People our own age
Its very difficult for me to nurse patients of my own age. Every time i have to see their wound, move them over it feels weird. Thankfully most people my age are fit and healthy so they can mostly move themselves (unless contraindicated).
When I have to look at the sexual organs of patients my own age i get embarrassed. I have to put on a mask so that they do not know how uncomfortable i am, but they wouldnt know anyway because they would be uncomfortable as well. I try to be extra sensitive when i need to check people's sexual organs or when they are moving from bed to bed ( i have been flashed because i didnt put a blanket on them before the move). Older people are more willing to do things as they say 'without dignity' but i feel that everyone has dignity and although i am looking at your body naked i am trying to cover the bits that arent necessary, closing curtains or peeking underneath the blankets with people's permission. I hate it when older people say I have no dignity left. I try as hard as i can to keep your dignity, its just i have to do certain things which may compromise your comfort. And plus i've seen it all shapes and sizes lolz

Instead of opening at the tip of the glans of the penis, a hypospadic urethra opens anywhere along a line (the urethral groove) running from the tip along the underside (ventral aspect) of the shaft to the junction of the penis and scrotum or perineum.
Meatotomy- A meatotomy is a simple surgical procedure for relieving a urethral obstruction to urine or semen flow caused by scar tissue at the tip of the penile urethra. This narrowing is called meatal stenosis.
ESWL- Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) uses shock waves to break a kidney stone into small pieces that can more easily travel through the urinary tract
and pass from the body.
Orchidopexy- An "orchidopexy" is an operation to pull down undescended testes (testicles). Undescended testes occur when the testes (one or both) do not move down into the scrotum.

Cerebellofofontine-Having to do with two structures of the brain, cerebellum and the pons and the area between them.
