*huggles Jack* I lub him so.

Very good characterization of the Ninth Doctor, which is difficult in such a short piece of writing. I'm intrigued. Maybe you could use this for a longer story :)

I get that comment once in a while :D Sometimes I even try it, not often though...

Some drabbles are very definitely one-shot type material. Yours, however, reads like a prologue or a teaser. You are a tease ;)

I- can't help it? I think my brain is hardwired that way. Nothing would please me more than to be one of these people who can sit down to write and come up with a thousand or so words of story with a beginning, middle and end. Alas it is not to be :(

Oh, Jack. You've gotten a LOT into these hundred words. I love the Doctor's "we're going to fix this NOW" fury, and the way he is with the TARDIS. (I was trying to come up with a way to say "being rough with the TARDIS" that didn't sound kinky, but um, not managing it.)

Oh thanks

He was just so incandescent he really did get rough with her but I'm sure he'll be forgiven.

It really gets his state of mind across well. (And yes, she'll forgive him. ::nods::)

Oh thank you! I enjoyed that.

And I loved both Jack and the Doctor to little bits, in this!

He traded himself. You can't headdesk him for that...
Okay, so you can - he could have stopped and weighed up the pros and cons and he and the Doctor could have formed a plan but-. They were kids, his hero half took over before the Doctor could stop him!

I know, it's just Jack puts himself into danger without a second thought- he did it then (when with Nine and Rose) and still does it now... *sigh* damn hero complex

In the beginning was the Hero complex, and it was Jack. *g*

It took me a moment to get this (brain's a bit slow today), but now I have...

Ouch. Very nice. And a lot of story there for 100 words.

And I agree with everyone else - this definitely reads like part of something bigger.

Bad day today? *snuggles you*

Ohhh *stamps foot just a leetle bit* you lot will be the death of me. You're all determined to make me write more words...

Nah, not bad, just tired, really. (Did burst into tears when the estate agents rang up to ask if we'd have some viewers round in half an hour, while I was in the shower and Andy said yes and then we both had to run around like mad things to get the house ready, not to mention finishing my shower! But it went OK.)

And sorry, but I'm amazed you managed to get all that into 100 words in the first place! *g*

Aww I'd have burst into tears at that as well (right after I'd hit him *g*) He could at least have told them "No,
make it an hour..."

I'm amazed you managed to get all that into 100 words in the first place!
Cheers *smooches*
