Just signed up for Tai Chi classes yesterday and paid the tuition. Hope to learn enough in 4 months to be able to start getting regular exercise. Bought a new pair of shoes today for the class (as it's on wooden floors in a martial arts school and needs clean shoes) and my first pair of training pants.
Since I can't get myself to go to the gym regularly, I hope that I will be able to keep doing Tai Chi regularly since I can basically do that at home any time I want. All I need is to find one exercise routine I can consistently do...
