Fanmix: Torchwood - Captain Jack Harkness - I'll Come Back For You, At The End Of The World
I'd been toying with the idea of making a Jack mix for a while now, and when I discovered http://www.picnik.com, which allowed me to edit photos without Photoshop, I figured, no time like the present!
