Reborn has alcohol! Along with being a god moder of everything, Reborn canonically has drink whenever he wants it. He, however, is a suave baby and does not go around getting drunk. He just has a martini to sip on while he takes a float, or a beer to cool off on a hot day. He will not be kegging around.
Reborn is selectively generous! VERY SELECTIVELY. Adults who he is fond of will probably be periodically invited to have a casual drink with him. He won't be getting you drunk most of the time. But people like Colonello, Rufus, Ichijou, Mana, or Serph may get casual or business discussion over the invitation of a drink. MAMAN MAY GET WINED AND DINED. Most of you will not.
Reborn doesn't care about age laws! But he DOES like to watch people suffer. Mafia kids will not be allowed to get drinks just because they are family, though I don't think any of them would actually ask anyway, unless someone like, conned Tsuna into trying to get drink from his mentor in which case I think Tsuna would be EXPECTING THE PAIN. I can see Reborn having a family party with some alcohol involved after you know A BIG BATTLE in a sort of celebration thing. But... that's pretty much it.
