(no subject)
well. this weekend has rocked and sucked. Friday night Dan, John, Denette, Adrian, Jeff, and Derek got in a real bad car wreck. In case anyone has noticed the skid marks on 164th, right before you turn onto the freeway to go to Camas....the really balck ones....those are theirs. Everyone is fine, except John. His arm got really fucked up becasue it was dragging and yeah....it will never have full mobility again. I went and visited him at the hospital today and it was real weird. It really made me think about things. The hospital called me at like 2:30 in the morning asking for numbers. Then I called dan and found out what happened. It makes met hink thought about things....don't drink and drive for sure. I mean, everyone's parents always say "If you need a ride, call me, but DO NOT get into the car with a drunk driver" and everyone always says "ok, i will, i promise" but no one evr really does when they are in the position. But if you do get in a car wreck, even if you 'know you won't', you could die. I dont know, everyone alreayd knows this shit, but seeing john really made me realize how important it is. I mean, 6 people in a 3 person truck all drunk....what is the likely hood of only ONE person being injured?!?! That is soooo lucky. and I was supposed to be with them....but my mom prayed friday night saying she hopes I am safe. my mom NEVER EVER EVERE NEVER prays. NEVER. It just doesn;t happen, but she did...and I didn't go with them becasue I didnt want to be tired when i was with Isaiah and Malia. But it was a Friday night....I go sneak out on school nights....I would have had all day Saturday to sleep...so why I didn;t go is a mystery. A real mystery. They shoudl all be dead, but thank god theya ren;t. I don't believe iun God, but this is definatly an insentive. I think I'm going to try to start going to church and stuff more...and find out if God is real or not. I dont know, just makes me think a lot. Hmmm....lessons always have to be learned the hard way, and it sucks.
