[seriously, that's a awful lot of stress to deal with and freaking out a bit is the natural response. Leaving everything that is familiar is HARD regardless of how old you are, dealing with lots of uncertainty and feeling responsible for things you have no control over - it wears you out. {Trust me, I'm an expert in crashing and burning]
Is there anything I can do to help? Is there anything that would make you feel better? This is the sort of time when I find going out and dancing for many hours or going to the gym and hitting things helps. Or you know, reading some trashy books and hiding from the world for a bit.
Ditto to this. The stress, change, uncertainty/unknown that you're dealing with is *very* hard! I think periodic melt-downs are in many respects healthy and good (I had more than a few last year with everything going on), so be gracious and give yourself some time to work through this. If sleep and reading are what you need, maybe you can take a day off from life and pursue those things?

Straight Fantasy: Jim Butcher's Harry Dresden Series.
Manga: In times like this I tend to re-read Kill Me Kiss Me and never get tired of it.
Young Adult: (another addiction of mine) hmm Robin McKinley's fairy tales are lovely.
Historical Romance: Loretta Chase is made of Win! (If you like witty banter, you can't go past her)
That would be the top of various piles for comfort reading.
