I saw a couple of articles that a 2nd patient has died in Arizona because of Republican budget cuts to transplant support for medical care. So, what's Palin's view on death panels, exactly? I couldn't find her commenting on what's happening in Arizona.

Arizona tried to protect Free Speech. Its election law specified that a candidate who did not wish to follow campaign spending limits could do so, but that the State would give other candidates matching funds.
