Zachary Levi has a charity, and one of the ways he raises money for it is in depth conversations with guests at Comic Con -- the one with Tom Hiddleston just ended -- and they air live on YouTube, plus they're archived there afterwards. I saw conversations listed on the page with everyone from Joss, to Sherlock, to Supernatural. So you may want to check it out and see if your favourites are there.
