Hm. Do you require someone for an existing place somewhere, or could you be persuaded to move? I'd have nothing against a roommate the ticking is annoying, but I'm not sure I'd like to give up my residence. It's convenient.

I sleep in the basement of my business building, Fangtasia. There is living space below the building and there are apartments above. My chief concern is having more bodies around when I am sleeping during the day.

Being a nightclub, my business is only busy at night.

I'd like to remain underground, so it would be the basement for me. How much space is there? And how loud does it get down there at night?

With exceptions I usually do not go out during the day, though I'm not necessarily sleeping either. And only one being comes to my mind who I wouldn't be able to finish off, though if that one is after you, no army will help you anyway.

Hm, another question - are the ticking and this your only concerns or would you want me to pay a rent? I imgine, it being your business building, it's not needed and you do not need to buy anything for me. Because money is something I lack at the moment.

Incredibly loud. It doesn't affect me, as I don't tend to spend time relaxing during the night.

Money is something I would want out of the arrangement, unfortunately. I'm a businessman, not a charity runner.

I understand that, though I fear the arrangement with my residence is cheaper. Not to mention, nicely quiet.

Do have fun searching on, then.

Enjoy your day or night. I'm sorry that something couldn't be convenient.

Indeed, though I still don't understand how you'd be able to stand the noise, except if you're out the whole night, every night.

The whole night, every night. I'm a vampire, and not much of a homebody.

Being a vampire doesn't make oneself deaf. I'm out at night a lot myself, but at least I have the possibility not to.

It does make me work at night.
