I'll try to put a few up but probably not everyday.  This recipe my mom found many years ago in a newspaper and we all have it every year.  Now I have to go remember how to do tags.

Cherokee Yam  Cakes

1 c mashed sweet potatoes or yams

2 c sifted flour

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt
