Hawaii and Decisions
Well, here I sit in paradise with the first Hawaiian sunrise under my belt. The time difference is kicking my ass, but the abundance of beauty makes it worth the lack of sleep. It really does!
We're oceanfront on the island of O'ahu. We're in a sleepy town called Lanakai. There are beautiful beaches on either side of us and everyone is here, grateful for this amazing experience. The beauty is unsurpassed. I've been to many different islands before but I've never seen an equal to Hawaii. I much prefer this place to the crazy, urban setting of Honolulu and Waikiki Beach. This is laid back and tranquil. Umm grateful to be here.
There's been tension between Matt and me. Even though 2 days ago, he promised me that we wouldn't have this, it's there. And I'm making some decisions as a direct result of it. We're coming to see major differences between ourselves and I just don't know if we can sustain it.
Does this have to be decided today, in paradise? No. It doesn't. But it has to be decided...
