been a while
よ～！久しぶりだね！それじゃ今から英語で書きま～す！ so i was thinking that i needed a good venture bros. shirt in my wardrobe and i happened across an awesome guild of calamitous intent logo shirt and in doing so also discovered something highly vexing. apparently last june while i was in japan and without internet access doc hammer and jackson publick decided to have a "t-shirt of the week club" wherein they designed awesome venture bros. t-shirts that pertained to the new episodes that were premiering each week. 13 in all plus a bonus t-shirt if you were a subscriber to the club. anyway, my point is i really freakin' want them but they were only offered for the weeks the episodes premiered and they are no longer produced. however in all my VB nerdiness i hatched a plot to in time reproduce them for myself... it seems like it'd be relatively easy. just get the american apparel shirts they used and find some company that does image transferring onto shirts. seriously, i want them!
moving on, i've been feeling down lately and i've been shooting acidic looks at people for no reason. notably today at my cousin's wedding shower i was particularly sullen and annoyed, but that could've been because there was waaay too much estrogen in the room and too much excited chatter about inane things like wrapping paper, tupperware, babies, etc. meh, i was on my period this week so that's probably why i've been so bitchy. while i'm being snarky, my cousin's wedding is cowboy themed and is taking place on a ranch; also the bridesmaids and my cousin will be wearing cowboy boots with their dresses. somehow i predict that it will look like one hot mess, but if i am able to play texas hold 'em poker at any point during the reception i will be happy.
meanwhile, this vampiric schedule of mine really needs to stop. i also wonder if i'll ever have a proper occasion to use the mood 'quixotic'.
