Because he's being a knob! A knob with bells on. BELLS OF KNOBNESS. He doesn't LIKE Evans EVEN THOUGH SHE'S IMPORTANT TO ME. And he doesn't even BOTHER TRYING TO BE CIVIL WHEN WE'RE TALKING.
