I admit I’m intrigued, but don’t mistake as me wanting to get to know the series the better (by now, you know how difficult I am about that).

Anyhow, very lovely writing - understated yet beautiful. I like how mature it seems here; it’s full of feeling, but you are not directly addressing them. I love the scenery too - and the relationship between those two (makes me wonder, what are they to each other exactly?)

Ah yes, this short and useless, but again you know what it’s like when you read fic for fandoms you don’t know XD.

LOL, that thought hasn't even crossed my mind. I wouldn't actually rec this series. It's like... yaoi manga, you know))) But American and on TV)) But it has it's moments. Its greatest advantage is that it's short: 12 eps total.
I like how mature it seems here Well, she is 200 years old ( ... )

Hey! I read this last night, but- well, who cares. XPP Anyhow, how come you're writing Dante's Cove shortly after we've blown this series to pieces with our criticism? ;)

I haven't seen enough of it to understand most canon references, but I'm glad to know their relationship took a different turn. I like your portrayal of Grace's more vulnerable side. The exchange between her and Ambrosius seems quite natural without all the hard feelings, but you can still feel all their history together, except that now it unites them instead of standing between them like a wall.

LOL))) Good question. I've asked that myself. But this idea was in my head for weeks after I watched the finale (speaking of which, it's pretty G/A-heavy, they even kiss of their own volition))). Btw don't you find it amusing that we basically ship (or I dunno, like?) a potential het couple in the gayest tv-show ever? XDDD
You know, I think it works as an entertainment. Don't put too much thought in it, and it becomes a decent show. Even the acting gets somewhat better. There's this actress who also played Lyndsey in QaF US, she plays Grace's sister here. She's basically the only who can act. If you watch the finale, you'll see what I mean.
In short, it should be treated like a yaoi manga. It's good when you're in the mood for some high-rated smexiness, but don't expect much from it.
I'm happy-happy-happy you enjoyed the story, though. <333 Thaank you!

I suppose I need to watch the finale in that case.

I do find it amusing, but it's not our fault that it's the most bearable and believable relationship in the entire bloody series. From what I've seen of Ambrosius/Kevin, it's a little like Edward/Bella on the stalker side. As for Kevin/Toby, it's just plain boring.

(At least tell me you don't watch The Lair?)

The finale is one of the most intriguing eps. It even made me get my hopes high for season 4, but it's not in production right now))
Kevin and Toby broke up if you interested)))) And anyway, I ttly agree about G/A.
(LOL, no)) I read up on it in Wiki and I saw one fanvid. The guys are not hot at all. Plus I read a few negative reviews)))
