Hahahaha, Preston would look cool in a mask)) Actually I sometimes do think that Bale could make a fine Kakashi. But I have trouble picturing him with such wild hair. XDD
Yeah, but at least he survived, saved the world and was a hero))) And he still had his kids and Jurgen as a friend, muhahahah! There was a moment in the film when they talked about killing the feelings: that was scary)))

But he lost his wife and the other woman he fall in love with, didn't he? I think I need to see the movie again.

I still think he'd make a cool Kakashi. Any actor with his hairstyle would look weird. Manga characters tend to have weird looks that looks stupid on live ppl)))

Ohh, very cool! I haven't seen this film, but I wiki-ed it (wikipedia ftw XDD), and I think you did a good job of capturing the sense of deprivation they have.

He only hopes Preston is the kind of a murderer he is looking for: the one who will not only kill the right men, but his own feelings too when the time comes.
Good line. :)

I remember him saying he was somehow able to sense when a sense offender was feeling, sometimes even before the man knew it himself))) So why not apply the same technique to him? I wonder if Jurgen could have been a Cleric before he quit Prozium. Maybe a very long time ago)))

Anyway, I love how you wrote Jurgen and his wary attention towards Preston. Even though the two of them don't interact, it's still very powerful, knowing what Preston will have to do in the end. I absolutely love the flow of this drabble, and present tense fits so well here. And the small hints of Partridge/Mary couldn't be more touching and expressive. Thank you sooo much! *kiss*
