I suppose an update is in order:

I decided not to move to Reno.  I'm going for the girl as mentioned in the previous post.  I'm feeling much much happier than I've been in quite some time.

I went wine-tasting yesterday with orange_raven & pondgirl. We drove up to Apple Hill. We only had time for three winerys, but I still had a great deal of fun. I probably spent more money than I should have (but I had room in my budget anyhow). Hoping to go back up in another month or so.
