Waiting for the Sun
magdalena_lvx is a goddess. I already knew that, but her web flyer for the upcoming Rite of Sol at LVX Oasis is further proof.
We had a practice for the Rite last night. Despite 2/3 of our evil forces being on the sick list, we managed to pull off a useful rehearsal, mostly working on blocking and cues for music and lighting. Next Monday will be the big test; if everyone is a lot more solid by then, we'll make that the last rehearsal before tech on Friday; if not, we'll do an additional one on Wednesday.
Major thanks to everyone who has been flexible about filling in and understudying for parts, especially Tony The LJ-Free One and heruraha. Last night Tony was filling in so many parts in such rapid succession that our slogan was "There is no part that is not of Tony."
