Glay have ruined me. I don't think I will ever be as happy or have as much fun at any other artist's live ever again! Believe me, seeing them that close is a once in a lifetime experience worth every single penny and minute. I'm being hit hard by a horrible post-live depression. I MISS YOU SO MUCH, TERU HISA JIRO TAKURO & EVEN TOSHI AND SEI-CHAN. *cries*
This year, there was no security check at all. Last year, they went through every single thing in my purse - this year? Nothing! People were openly taking pictures and videotaping throughout the live! There was a guy directly in front of me who kept recording with his camera and I thought to myself, hey man, maybe you should focus on watching the performance itself. But I've found his videos on youtube. It's totally by that guy who was in front of me; I recognize the backs of the people all around and the scrunchy around that girl's wrist. So these videos are what I saw from my position in the audience as well.
Here's the band intro from night 2 I posted about (though you can't see Hisa throwing the pick). Appropriately, it starts off with Teru laughing! Teru has the loveliest laugh. See how happy Teru is?? It's contagious! I started smiling like an idiot just watching this again. Teru is so wonderful! If you are a Teru fan, you must watch this, he's adorable!!! He makes everything so much fun! *cries again*
And the two songs I came away with a newfound dazzling love for were RUN and Synchronicity. Synchronicity rocks damn hard and is dizzying live. RUN is just really beautiful, perfect (guitars are great) & I just LOVED THEM SO MUCH during this performance my heart hurt. I'm a total sap for Glay. & oh, Hisa!! ;_;
I sincerely hope Teru's love is enough to sustain me until I see him again.
Here's the thing. Glay give you their heart when they are live and they make it so easy to see. They are so happy to be there for their fans. ...my love exceeded the desire to ljcut this entry. :P
