i'm hard core pms-ing and currently hate everyone
..especially boulevard property management. beware. be very... ware. haha.
so apparently my lease stipulates that, even if i die, i still have to pay rent. and even if i'm drafted, i can't break my lease... unless i can replace myself immediately with another tenant. here's the rub. no one is going to live in my apartment because everyone knows better. and i wouldn't subject anyone to the shit i've had to put up with.
...so my parents are filing a sexual harrassment suit. because my neighbor is creepy. and he works for them. i'm digging up every note, every pot-smelly widespread panic t-shirt. and bringing up every time he asked if i had just taken a nap or how long i spend on my computer or the time the cops showed up asking about him.. or just the time i asked my management what to do about him and they handled it in the least professional way possible.. by like, gossiping about me with him.
