After my phone mysteriously went dead on Friday, I was knocked offline until this morning; thank the gods that I picked a phone company/ISP with decent customer service. I should also be upgrading to a DSL connection sometime next week (or shortly thereafter); no more having to wait fifteen minutes to download a one-minute movie!
