Christmas gifts!
((The Christmas gift list is basically a handwave thing; we'll say she's already given everyone their gifts, and they can reply here with thanks or whatever you want ^^))
I got gifts for my friends! I did quite a bit of shopping and baking :3
For Aqualad, I sent him one of my old surfboards since it was still in nice condition. I know he doesn't need one, but I thought he might enjoy it. I made some fish shaped sugar cookies that were iced to look all tropical, but the icing might have metlted on some of them. Sorry! (Thank you for the book, by the way! There's sme techniques in here even I didn't know!)
For Brooke, I got her a BIG bag of gingerbead man cokies I decorated (with skiis and hats!), a pair of skiing goggles and a macthing scarf, a blue diary/scrapbook with her name embossed on it. (omg, I love all your gifts. The dress is just my size, and I added the teddy to my collection :3)
For Silvermane, I got her a BIG case of decorative glass and metal beads for her jewelry making, a seeexy dress I know she'd never buy herself, and some cupcakes with red and green icing and gumdrops on top. (OH GOD, PINK PENGUIN THANK YOU! ♥!)
For Corey, I got him a bonsai tree in a pretty ceramic pot (but not girly-pretty.. I hope), some of the cupcakes I gave Silvermane, and a woven leather bracelet with some seashells in it. (I hope that wasn't too girly, but I do see a lot of guys at home and even here in Jump who wear them, so I think I'm safe!)
For Gust, I got her a lacey belt with bells attached, a purple sundress, a wind chime with butterfly decorations hanging from the middle, and a bag of sugar cookies with sprinkles.
For Hot Spot I.. really had no idea what to get him. I feel kind of guilty that all I could give him were some cupcakes, cookies, and candy canes.
For Terra, some goggles similar to the ones I got Brooke. I know she already has a pair, but these are styled a bit differently. I also got her a hoodie and some bleach-splattered jeans, and, as promised, some cookies. Hehe ^^;
For Aristotle, I gave him a picture of me, Silvermane, Corey, Lightning, and Gust in a gold-trimmed picture frame. I would have got the other Dragons in the picture too, but they weren't around. I also got him a Santa hat, because hey, he already has the beard, heehee! I also made a HUGE gingerbread cookie shaped like a dragon.. it's the size of a 9x4.5 sheet cake. Hopefully the icing didn't get messed up... I put a lot of work into decorating it.
For Thunder, Starfire mentioned something about tea, so I got him a blue ceramic tea kettle... I think it's mostly for decoration though, so uh. Don't put it on the stove! I also got him a greek myhtology book to go with the book Starfire got him. There's a chocolate cheesecake for him and Lightning to share.
For Starfire, I got her a pair of sunglasses (totally out of season, but they were cute!), a pink ceramic tea kettle like the one I got for Thunder, a purple scarf and a sweater (don't you EVER get cold?! :o), and some snowflake-and christmas tree shaped peanute butter cookies. (Thanks for the seashells! I can decorate my room with them, and I liked the jewelry.)
For Lightning... well... Uhm. I got Lightning a puppy. She's a dalmation. Take good care of her, okay? ^^; and SHARE that cheesecake with Thunder. Don't eat it all ;)
