Thanks for offering to write for me, and for reading this letter. As I prefer to err on the side of too much than not enough detail, I will provide as much as I can. Let me start with the fandoms I’m requesting, and then I’ll move on to general preferences. Note that there are lots of spoilers for DoL and VME.

I am requesting fic only for this exchange. I have added freeform tags for each pairing, but please don’t consider them a to-do list! (Especially since in some cases I have more tags here than in the official signup ... just treat the extra ones as optional details.)

Galdoune noncons Hiraga Josef Kou. Even what Julia does for Ryouta in ep 12 won’t induce Hiraga to join an evil, corrupt secret society. This cannot be allowed to go unpunished, of course. Hiraga is abducted (perhaps drugged into submission?), then wakes up to find himself tied down naked (preferably to an altar) in a place where no one will ever hear him scream. Julia and his associates are there. You can fill in the blanks yourself. I would prefer Hiraga be rescued at the end by Roberto, with help from any of Lauren, Bill, McGee, or any of the other allies they’ve made; and then lots of hurt/comfort from Roberto.

Sex Pollen noncons Hiraga Josef Kou & Roberto Nicholas. Perhaps they’re on another assignment and they find a big stash of a powdery substance in a secret hiding place. Hiraga tastes it … uhhhh. It’s not drugs. At least, not the kind of drugs they expected to find. Or perhaps they’re investigating a miracle that turns out to involve a secret fertility cult within the church, and the rituals involve the burning of certain substances that have an aphrodisiac effect when inhaled. I’m fine with only Hiraga, only Roberto, or both of them being affected.

For either of the latter two pairings, I would love it if Roberto and Hiraga were struggling with their attraction to one another, which they have never consummated, and Roberto struggling specifically with his canonical self-loathing. No matter how the sex itself goes, it should be a complete mindfuck for both of them because they’re breaking all their vows.

Doctrine of Labyrinths
Felix Harrowgate noncons Mildmay Foxe. I really cannot see this ship happening any way except noncon, and preferably via magic. I would especially love to see a take on that UST-laden bathhouse scene in Arbalest (Corambis) where Felix breaks his promise not to rape Mildmay and leans hard on the obligation d’âme. Felix POV, please. Felix’s angst and guilt after and even during the act would be lovely too.

Louis Goliath noncons Gideon Thraxios. Gideon was tithed to the Bastion at thirteen and shortly thereafter because not only the Spider’s favorite catamite but his star pupil in espionage. What was their relationship like, beyond grossly abusive? Did Gideon develop complicated feelings because at least, here was an adult showing him affection and mentorship and giving him pleasure? Or did he hate Goliath all along and hide his feelings for years until he could escape? I would prefer Gideon to be at least 14 years old in such a scenario.

Thomas Albern | Duke of Glimmering noncons Kay Brightmore. Glimmering is a nasty, petty, vicious man. Kay killed his brother in wartime. At the beginning of Corambis, before the whole penitence rigmarole, Glimmering has a blind, naked Kay chained up in a dungeon. This is of course a perfect setup for noncon. Kay mentions that Glimmering strikes him as everything he was taught as a Caloxan child to hate in a Corambin, in case you find that inspiring in terms of Glimmering taunting him.

OMCs noncon Kay Brightmore. While I don’t think any of the Intendeds would have approved, maybe Glimmering decided for himself that as penance, Kay should service all of Glimmering’s men. Or that he should be put to public use in the big hall in Bernatha (the Hall of Eclipses?) - which, I realize, might be a hard thing to pull off in such a prudish and homophobic society. Then again, everything’s for sale in Bernatha, and Kay is widely hated by Corambins. Bonus points would be if Kay recognized the voice/smell/etc. of a man who’d claimed loyalty to Gerrard Hume but was eager to change sides once the Summerdown catastrophe happened.

OMC noncons Thara Celehar. Pre-canon Thara intrigues me especially for such a prompt. I was thinking of him as a novice or young ordained cleric, being groomed by an abusive senior cleric or nonconned in the dormitories by another novice. Or perhaps, later, he’s blackmailed over his sexuality, either while he’s involved with Evru or before that. If you’d prefer to write something in the canon era, maybe an angry Curneise gets him alone in Amalo after Shulivar and the other two are arrested but before Thara leaves for Cetho.

• Overall I prefer third-person narration, but I’m okay with first-person for the DoL characters, since that’s how canon is written. No second-person, please.
• Discussion of social issues. They’re inherent in any world with human or humanoid characters, and I like it when fic addresses them in a natural way that serves both characters and plot. But I can’t read preachy issuefic - especially if it’s wildly anachronistic (e.g., use of words like “heteronormative" in a historical or quasi-historical canon). Character X stopping the action to lecture Character Y on Issue ABC is just not my bag, sorry.
