There is a cadence in music (I think it's a first chord to a flattened fifth) that is very discordant and eerie. So 'evil-sounding' was it, that in the Middle-Ages, the church in fact banned this cadence for ever being used in compositions, because it was supposed to be 'the devil's cadence'.

Today was a Good Day.

People at school were squeeing about the new Harry Potter teaser trailer. Myself included of course, depsite not actually liking the films I still enjoy fangirling all over them. Muy amusant.
