We're serving a smoked Virginia ham for dinner on Thanksgiving. Any suggestions for accompanying beverage? I'm leaning toward hard cider, but could be persuaded to go with a Reisling. Side dishes will probably be sweet potatoes or squash, spiced crab apples, steamed green beans, salad, maybe mashed potatoes with red-eye gravy.
