My richest Jewish learning experiences to date have been in small groups studying Talmud. First with my rabbi, and then with my very fabulous Talmud shiur. It was with the second that i first read the parts of Kiddushin that relate to marriage. It's not a comforting, warms-the-heart feel good kind of read.
