Update:
I am still alive! YAY!
School is still eating my head. Boo!
I have sort of skimmed the flist, and I'm sure I'm missing important things, so *HUGS!* to those of you currently in need. Also, belated Happy Birthdays to
starstillwonder,
cincodemaygirl, and
zoetrope! So many great people born within the same week... clearly there is some sort of conspiracy. A conspiracy of awesome.

Hockey:
YAY SENS WIN YAAAAAAAAAAAY! *victory dance*
Also, I know
starfishchick already linked to this, but it is so funny that it should be linked repeatedly:
Team Canada has a "strip shoot-out" drill. ---
Ficathon:
Everyone and all of their crews should head on over to
doitillegally for the "Criminals Do It Illegally" ficathon. Capers! Hit-men! Prompting is open until May 14th.

Movies:
Ryan Gosling, how are you so awesome? Spider-man 3: Oh, I rather loved that. Like, with all my heart. ♥ Oh, Harry! I knew you weren't going to make it, but oh GOD the TEAMWORK. I was expecting some sort of three-way bad-guy team-up, and then Harry wouldn't be able to go through with killing Peter, and would get killed then, so I wasn't prepared for the teamwork. They were working together! And it was going so well! OH MY HEART.
... In my head there is an AU where the super-soldier serum keeps him alive long enough to get help, and then together they fight crime and have threesomes. Um. Don't judge me, I like MJ, too! ;)

Television:
There should be a point here for Supernatural, but I am SO FAR BEHIND. And I can't catch up, because I know that I will get all sucked in, and it will eat my brain, and I need my brain for school right now! Hopefully I will be able to catch up in time for the finale.
Heroes: How awesome was the future? ... I mean, it was terrible, really, but AWESOME. So many on- and off-screen deaths, which is one of my favourite things about the possible future trope. And the little bit of the Peter vs. Sylar fight that we got, oh my GOD. *geekgasm*
With respect to some points I saw raised in my flist skimming - I understood it as Jessica was dead(er than before? Um.) rather than integrated - the Niki that we were seeing was a Niki with no one. Well, no one but hot Peter. ;) Also, wrt Claire's not being able to heal off Sylar's attack, while Peter had done it just the week before... I get the sense that Peter is able to use the power consciously (which would explain how he was able to get the scar - I'm guessing that he got it in some way he felt he didn't deserve to be healed), while for Claire it's really a reflex. Also, Peter started healing it and then pushed Sylar away - Claire didn't seem able to push Sylar away, so it may have been the interruption that was crucial.
I want with ALL OF MY BEING to be able to get a look at 1. the timelines and 2. Linderman's art gallery. The thing about Linderman's gallery is that it has art from ages ago, and art depicting historical scenes, which suggests to be that a) there have been other people with Isaac's power and b) there have always been people with powers. I'm wondering what historically significant events and people would be featured in Linderman's gallery.
OMG WHAT CAN MOLLY WALKER DO!?!?
Ugly Betty: This felt a bit like a setter-upper sort of episode, but I loved it anyway. I think it is impossible for me to NOT love this show, seriously. Oh, Daniel. Your heart is always in the right place, even if... er. Other parts of your anatomy are less selective? Yes. Also, I am convinced that those pills are placebos - they're not doing anything except giving
Daniel some external confidence in his own willpower.

And now, to... tidying up the kitchen, actually. Then bed. Mmm, bed.
