EDIT (next day): Got an email back this morning. One part isn't long enough so I've got to resubmit it. >_< The rest is okay though.

Finally "clicked" a bit with this assignment - closer reading pointed me to another bit of the textbook that has a more structured way of going about it, so that's helping a bit.

It's still a horrible assignment though.

Thanks to all those who wrote replies to my manga post... sorry I haven't replied, I've read them all and I'm thinking hard about it! I'm going to try and write out the plot (as I think it might go) but I really don't have time to do it just now because I have homework. Lots of homework.
