I didn't know that this game we were playin' even had a set of rules.
[x] well...tonight i bought 'teach yourself french' and 'the complete idiot's guide to playing piano'. im excited about learning both of these, as i have been wanting to for quite some time, but just now finally got off of my ass to do it. i've decided to read the entire piano book before i even begin to play so i will have a decent understanding of things. i am very excited. i have promised myself that this summer i will greatly advance my musical understanding and abilities...or else. haha seriously, i do hope to be a more complete musician around august or september...who knows. i do believe that at some point this summer i am going to take off of work for like 3 or 4 days and completely clear my schedule and simply sit at my house and play piano/bass/guitar non stop.

[x] this sunday night we are playing at zydeco for the city stages battle of the bands...all ages, five bucks, 8 pm
