Hey guys! Falling slightly behind with catching up with you all but...I have a question (that has relevance to my uni stuff) I'd like to ask.
Why do we like fairytales?
What do we like about them?
It's a question put to me that I couldn't really answer. My childhood favourite book. Why did I like it? I didn't know because...I just do like it. I've always liked it and that makes it hard to separate out the why of it. So I was wondering if you could help me with this? What is it about a fairytale that we keep retelling, remaking, reinventing them? Why do we still all recognise a Cinderella story, or a Sleeping Beauty or...
