Thank you for reading and thanks for understanding :) It helps me a lot to know I'm not alone.

It really does make me feel a lot better to pray when I get scared. Sometimes the fear consumes me and for a second, it's like I forget that I have someone greater than human power to protect me. All I can do is pray for safety and for the safety of everyone I love.
