Julian is dead. Ev was the one who had to tell Col the news. She told him that Cristoff killed him to save Eva's life. I know she was telling the truth but i also know theres more to the story than that, that she gave Col the version he could handle. Not that he took it all that well. He was upset with his fathers death and then mad at himself

Yes Spike and Drusilla were with when the rest of the camp was taken out. After Jenny died and then Grams, I lost touch with any of the family still in the know about all this stuff. So I don't even know what happened in our world after that. It was weird when E...Col walk into my office and asked me to look for you. Looking into your records seeing that you lived in Sunnydale. It was like coming full circle in some ways. I went there. To our Sunnydale. Theres nothing left. In trying to track you down I talked to some people from there. I had heard the Spike had switched teams. I also went to LA, walked into Wolfram and Hart to talk to Angel. To see if he knew where I could find anyone who survived what happened in Sunnydale that might have known you. I hear he does good things. But its still weird. And a part of me thought if I brought myself to his attention, if Angelus ever appeared again...

*shakes head*

I think maybe Izzy and I should talk again. Theres a lot from this worlds history that I think I should know. Um...Evan lived with Drusilla? She doesn't like visit him or anything does she? I'm not afraid of vamps aside from the healthy fear one should have of them. But from what I understand of it Drusilla is nuts and Angelus is a monster. I think its normal to be concerned about them, even without my families history. I don't think Izzy should be so free with the family info. I myself would rather no one knew, especially anyone with ties to Angel.

I said I didn't think Col's taken all the info in. I didn't say he shouldn't know and I do believe he needs to know how to protect himself. I'm sure between all of us he'll learn quick. As for me, I think this is one of the ways Izzy and I have the same background. I'm quite capable of defending me and mine. If you wanna help on the security from the club thats cool. But I'm aware of what needs doing. But I appreciate your offer.

i don't know if it helps, or how much you feel about what happened to your ancestors, but Spike did redeem himself. and he saved the world.

we were all scattered, just before as well as after Sunnydale imploded. i saw pictures of it, my boyfriend at the time downloaded them from the satellites so i could see it was really gone. i'm sure by the time you went looking for me there was no one left who knew where we'd all gone to since they were sucked over here when i was. well, there was one left, but even he didn't know what had happened to us. i don't suppose you were able to track down my ex, were you?

*realizes what she said about Wolfram and Hart and loks at her, surprised*

wait, did you just say you had to go to Wolfram and Hart to talk to Angel? what the hell was he doing there? you should've had to go to the Hyperion, not Wolfram and Hart. unless he was Angelus, then it's best you decided against talking to him. good christ, Angel in Wolfram and Hart!

are you sure you weren't told the wrong information? because that just, it doesn't make any sense. Angel was doing good things, he is here, and he would never be in Wolfram and Hart unless it was to kick their asses.

and as far as i know Dru doesn't visit, Eva's never mentioned it and i'm sure she would've. a visit from Dru is not something that slips your mind, even if she is on her best behavior. and i doubt Evan would allow it, anyway. i do agree it's best though if no one connected to Angel knows of your ancestry.

i didn't mean to overstep, i just want to make sure you understand the scale of what you'll be dealing with. i have no doubt of your abilities, if you have the same background as Izzy does, but you have to understand he's my brother. i'll always feel some sort of protectiveness towards him. that doesn't mean i don't get that he's yours to take care of now, because i do. and forgive me if i this sounds like i believe i'm superior, but i am a vampire. i can spot things and stop them faster than a human can, unless that human happens to be a Slayer. i just want y'all to stay safe, is all. it's not in my nature to sit around and do nothing if there's something i can contribute.

I tracked you down as far as Seattle, then you trail went cold. It was like you dissappeared off the face of the earth. Which in this case you actually did. And no, I never found anyone claiming to be your ex. Well except that one time I was online and some weird stuff came up, someone saying they knew you. But I figured it was just someone messing with me. I'm sorry.

Yeah, I'm sure. Angel was at the big evil law firm. And it was Angel, not Angelus. Something about him playing a part in the apocalypse and he got the law firm. Crazy shit. But he was their, in his big office, talking to Spike and some funny looking green guy. I was about 5 feet from going in some blonde bimbo receptionist had called my name to go and everything. But I thought better of it and decided not to. Hauled ass out of there.

*looks over at her*

Well, one I think Col has himself to take care of. Granted he may need some looking out for in the whole vamp department for awhile, but he's a grown man and he doesn't need us making decisions for him. I'm protective of him too. Maybe too much. I know what can happen, what can go wrong and I know why you're gonna worry. I know what this place is about. And I'm not saying, 'no Ev, don't help'. Not at all.

that would've been my ex contacting you. i'm rather surprised, he must've been grabbing at straws to make himself known to you at all.

are you absolutely, 100 percent positive he was talking to Spike? and this was after Sunnydale went boom? Spike, bleached blonde vamp, all in black, probably wearing a black leather duster...Spike?

*shakes her head and loosens her grip on the shifter when she hears it begin to crack*

no, you have to be mistaken. Spike died in the apocalypse, and i don't think he'd be just hanging out with Peaches. no, it couldn't of been Spike.

Yes Spike. Yes after Sunnydale went boom. I mean he does that whole Billy Idol thing with his hair now, but a face like that even if the only time I've seen him is in drawings, it was William the Bloody. Talking to Angel. I'm sorry, I didn't stick around to ask questions, but I didn't know it'd be important later.

i'd of loved to have heard that conversation. and it's ok, that you don't know more. it's really, really ok just knowing he's alive.

Yes he's a vamp, except he's just like Angel now. Though the bimbo behind the desk made it sound as though Spike was a regular fixture around the place.

*looking at Ev so happy, decides not to say anymore*

Yup alive, at least the last I saw him but that was over a year ago. I went back home to boston a short time after that and didn't go back since.

I don't know. Maybe since he was there with Angel, they were both doing the champion bit. *shrugs* I really didn't stay after that. And even if I could go back somehow, I'm not sure they would even be there still. *unsure how to phrase it* A lot of time has past since then and now.

here we are. don't get too freaked, the bar has a no violence spell on it so none of the demons inside could hurt you if they wanted to. plus i wouldn't let them.
