In an upbeat mood, all things considered...
Right when I was gonna pack up Dr. L made me send in medications for 2 new patients, so it's not simply submitting them, but I needed to enter all the demographics. Then I had to send a nebulizer to 1 pharmacy, but the meds to another. I was annoyed / in a rush my mental note was gone out of my head. So I had to go back into the office to clarify. All this time I'm thinking... "Not getting paid." And of course they're all like "Thank you Elizabeth." Not thankful enough to pay me for time spent and work done!
Did a costco "run". Well I ordered online for delivery. Need mayo for Friday... I'm really thinking of getting an Instacart+ account. I mean... I also get delivery "free" from Amazon, but the size to price ratio isn't good. But then... I don't know where I thought it... But I initially thought if I didn't get a delivery from costco more than once a month, I wouldn't be exceeding the shipping fee, etc. But then I really looked at all the fees / tip. It's like $15 to 20 bucks added on! A year subscription is $99. But if I read correctly there are still fees even with the Plus account, just the shipping ($6) is deducted. There is still a service fee / tip applied? Maybe I just need to not be lazy and go out? I mean... Say only the 6 bucks is deducted. 6x12... That's less than the $99 a year. I don't really know... I can always do a free trial. But yeah, I got Mom her nanners, cookies. OMG! That packaging is so hard to open! 1. Mom can't get her cookies and if she does 2. She will never close it again. Got my coffee and creamer, mouth wash. I got Mom Eggo waffles. OMG, I miss when we had an extra freezer in the garage!
Someone came to inspect the boiler. This AM Mom said someone was gonna look at it or replace it. So I texted 7500centfish to give her a heads up. Not knowing if there was some unknown cost we'd have to deal with. When I first heard of the guy coming I asked, "why what's wrong with the boiler?" "Your Tatay used to have it inspected yearly." She also thought it has never been replaced since we've been here. I believe it was changed when the living room flooded? It was the same time we got all the CO2 monitors. 7500centfish says we have 2? Either way, boiler is good for the next year.
Period isn't as heavy today. Usually my 2nd day is the worst of it all. I mean... I did bleed out last night. But by the afternoon it seemed to have slowed.
