I then had to share this info with 7500centfish / geebs / sparkyboy.  Fr. Tveit was on a podcast discussing his faith journey and he didn't really grow up being religious, other than going to Mass weekly and his father and later him singing in the choir, but even then he wasn't really religious.  In HS he started delving into the intellectual aspect of the faith.  Then in college he was drawn to the beauty, specifically the music aspect of the Church.  But even then when he had met with the vocation director, he didn't really enter seminary till a year after college.  So yeah...  The vocations director...  He used to do Masses at St. E when Fr. Frank was around.  Fr. Frank used to be the dean at the local seminary so we'd have a lot of priests from there sub in for him.  We also had the chaplain for the Islanders who was also the dean after Fr. Frank.  Anyway...  I have to work out the years.  Fr. Frank was around for 10 years, so...  2006 to 2016?  Fr. Tveit first met with him (Fr. Luke) in 2008.  Fr. Luke eventually left for Rome while he was here.  And yeah...  "He used to say hi to me like every other priest".  LOL!  And it was like by name.  Not like a random hello, so...  Would he remember me?  Probably not.  But whatever!

I've had a stomach ache since noon.  But...  It's probably gas, but, I don't feel gassy, nor do I have a lack of appetite, I mean, no more than usual.  I have a hot water bottle on my belly, but I don't feel it's working.  It doesn't hurt when I palpate myself, but it hurts when I bend.
