In the middle of watching a "debate" on the one true church. It's more... These are my issues with Catholicism and the Catholic guy explaining them. It's not really a debate. But it's interesting in a sense... Like what protestants believe about Catholics. Basically it's not the original church b/c they believe "Roman" Catholicism began with the Roman Empire. And that you truly can't trace the Papal succession till that time. Now they're talking about justification. The protestant is faith alone / bible alone. But then at one point they're saying he's Anglican... Which if you're trying to prove your church is the true church vs Catholicism... OK, then. Lol. They briefly mention John 6 as evidence of Catholics being true. But at this point they don't bring up like... Justin Martyr's description of the mass in the 150s... I don't think he mentioned his exact denomination, but he said he professes the Nicene creed, but then they view it as catholic, universal and not Catholic. I guess... That most if not all Christians are catholic. Even the Catholic said that. That Christians, who are baptized in the trinitarian form are Catholic, but in a sense separated from the truth.
Oh and I was listening to Catholic Answers live and someone called in... If there is no sense of time when we die, theoretically when we die people who aren't dead yet will be there. What!?
