Fuck, it's been so long since I've updated on here, and the last few months I think I've been looking for something of note to write about. Well, I know I got something now

I dunno, that could be pretty rad. I've always thought that I'd be perfectly happy pulling in around 30 grand a year myself, and that leaves a hell of a surplus. In addition to spreading that around, you could run the business really ethically: pay your workers an excellent wage, for example.
Running it ethically is a big selling point for me. As of right now, the Capitalist pays minimum wage and treats his employees like shit. He won't even give them a real discount on his products. There is only a couple of part time staff because he's too worried about making the most amount of money

Ahhh I am excited! I think this could be the perfect move for you. Everyone I know who's met you think you have a Masters in Marine Biology, you're so knowledgeable.
Im doing alrightish, how about yourself? I assume well. Your livejournal posts tend to increase around times of trepidity and there havent been many lately.
Why dont you ask mr. capitalist to invest? Hes all about making money and some how I just dont see many people jumping to own a fish store, even if it is a lucrative one. He knows you, he knows you have some pretty good knowledge on the subject so he should feel comforatble that you're not going to make a flop out of the store and therefore waste his investment. If that doesnt work... theres the less grand option (to you).... discuss it with your mom. Im sure you have already. Not the money part, but the ownership part. I know shes not fantastically rich and wouldnt have that kind of money ready right away but... in a couple of years im sure she could come up with a good chunk of that. She'd probably remortgage the house for you. Which is a truthful statement except I snuck in a little bit of a lie there- the word probably.
The Capitalist just wants all the money he can get right now. The money needed for he down payment, he'd rather invest it in oil stock than loan it to me. Even though the business has been his baby for the last decade, he said he'll sell it to anyone, as long as they have the money. He's a capitalist through and through.
My mom is maxed out credit wise, but there's already been three people expressing interest in loaning the down payment. So, hopefully I might be able to come up with a solid investor.
I haven't been posting mainly because I just don't have the time or energy anymore. Life has been really fucked up and stressful. The depression is under control, but the rest is still running amok.

I'm going to go so full out to try and get this done, and I won't stop until it's an absolute no.

I really want to get the fish store, but I'll have to find some kind of an investor (I sure don't have $75,000-100,000 for the loan down payment).
Yeah, I do think I could provide a better place for other enthusiasts. I just need the chance.
I've done a lot to the tank. I've been meaning to do a post on it for sometime.
How you been doing?
