Vegas update since this morning
Well, after I got offline this morning, Chris and I went shopping at THe Forum at Caesar's Palace, The Grand Shops at the Venetian, and walked around the Mirage, Harrah's and The Imperial Palace. They were all really nice, but too damn expensive for our small budget. I found a beautiful watch for $200.00, but that is way too far out of my $50 price range for a new watch now that my "new" watch eats batteries like I drink water in the Desert Sun. Chris and I found an amazing clock that plays classical music at the top of every hour during the day. It has a light sensor that stops it from going off in the middle of the night. How cool is that? It has a turning wheel in it with crystals on it and little soldiers that ring the bells in it, or pretend to hit it along with the music. It was like 25% off, but was still really expensive (even more than my watch). We are thinking about it, but prob won't go back and get it. We came back to the hotel so that we could rest before heading to the Luau. My back has had a rough couple of days and it just sorta gave out on me today. I was losing my balance left and right. I probablly looked like I was drunk. Oh well. The ice that I have had on it for the last 30 minutes or so has helped. Hopefully, at the Luau we will be sitting a lot because if I have to stand a lot, I may fall over. It was so damn hot today. The humidity was up, so that made it worse. Even in the shade it was scorching. Hopefully, when the sun goes down it will be tolerable outside. If it doesn't I may be jumping into the pool during the Luau!
In other news, I finally got my CT results back. I have sinusitus and some sorta nasal deformity or something. My mom told me over the phone, but couldn't remember what it was exactly. Finally, we have proof that I am not making this crap up! I go back to the dr on August 14 to find out what I am allergic to, so hopefully then we can get it straightened out what to do for my other problem too. If they can just stop the crap from going down my throat I would be satisfied for the immediate future. Well, I gotta go get ready for the Luau now. I gotta put on my pretty genuine Hawaiian dress so that I can show it off to the other ladies at the Luau whose dresses aren't made in Hawaii!
