Last night was my first night out since I've been back at school. Does that make me a loser? Quite possibly.
However, I think I made up for lost time:
+drinking in the dorms for the third time...ever. and it was fun.
+making a few new friends
+Christian and me looking hot in our cowboy hats
-getting hit on by freshmen from UW-Whitewater...haha you go to Whitewater!
+ending up at a party and realizing I knew who lived there...
-...and then realizing that 95% of the people there lived in Chadbourne at some point.
-getting major blisters from not wearing socks
+being told I make a cute cowgirl
+chasing Michael down Spring St. to get Christian's hat back
+denying a drunk guy a high five
+deciding not to drink the beer from the frat party b/c it was so bad (LaCrosse Light- goes to show that if you've never heard of it, you know you're in trouble)
+sleepover at Jenny's
---not being able to sleep until 5:30 AM b/c Jenny's roommate was having sex
+not waking up with a hangover
all in all, not a bad night. :)
[edit: Contrary to the title of this entry, I realize there is more to life than getting drunk. A lot more. In fact, I've been having fun every weekend since I've been here without the assistance of alcohol. It's just that writing about playing cards, going to Badger games, going ice skating, going sailing, and hanging out on the terrace isn't as fun or as interesting. Sorry for any misconceptions this entry may have created.]
