Japanese Garden pics
Here are some of the photos taken Saturday at the Portland Japanese Garden. It was an impromptu visit, so since only mom had brought her camera we all five had to share it among us, and the battery was low. The day was also overcast, so these pictures don't really do the garden justice.
This is the entrance gate, which is actually the last picture I took.
And one from the International Rose Test Garden, which was right across the street. There's a view of Portland in the background.
Got my laptop all set up now. It's working really well, and much faster than my old PC (duh). I'm still getting used to using a touch pad, and navigating Windows 7. I also tried to install Opera, but the computer wouldn't let me, so I had to stick with the pre-installed Chrome. I didn't like it at first, but it's really growing on me.
Looks like I might be seeing Deathly Hallows 2 tomorrow afternoon. Yay!
