Sweet site!
I just changed my work out routine a few days ago. I had taken a break from lifting to smoke cigarettes and be an idiot while taking finals. ANYWAYS... a question I've never gotten an answer to is food intake. When I lift, like most people, I get really hungry... so I eat. And I eat plenty. Then a few hours go by and I'm hungry again. Should I eat more as long as it's healthy? Or should I stop. I want to gain muscle, but not fat. I'm afraid I'll just get chunky, but I wanna do what my body tells me to do as well. Oh, I'm not on T yet if that changes anything.
Have been confused about that for years.
